We’re hiring! Are you our new Customer Success Account Manager?

We’re hiring for Preoday’s new Customer Success Senior Account Manager.

Preoday is a leading e-commerce provider for venues that serve food and drink. We help businesses as diverse as theatres, stadiums, racecourses, restaurants and bars launch their own mobile and web-ordering solutions that customers use to beat queues and which help improve their hospitality experience.

We are gaining attention as a primary alternative to aggregator solutions like Just Eat and Deliveroo. Unlike these companies, which stand between businesses and their customers, we help venues launch their own, bespoke platforms with which to engage their loyal customers, gain greater customer insights and improve revenue.

Based near Spitalfields, Preoday is five years old and everyone involved is passionate about e-commerce. As a small team there is plenty of scope to get stuck in and make a real impact from your first day in the office.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Preoday has been growing rapidly and we need more great people to look after our current clients, on-board new clients and encourage others to launch their own e-commerce platforms with us. They must be someone that can adapt quickly to what is required, and who is as flexible as the market itself.

We are looking for someone with great, demonstrable customer relations skills that can build and maintain excellent client rapport. They must have the imagination and confidence to go out on a limb, try their own thing and work autonomously. The ideal candidate will display a huge amount of enthusiasm; everyone on the team gives 110% to the product and this enthusiasm is a key ingredient in customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED:

At least two years’ experience of working in a start-up environment.
Evidence of creative thinking and its application in problem solving
Ability to hit the ground running and grow with the role and the company
Experience of front-line customer relations and a commitment to supporting clients throughout and beyond the on-boarding process
A nose for an opportunity and a desire to grow our customer base
Experience with CRM systems

DESIRABLE:

Time spent working in either the hospitality or technology industry
Experience of product/solution upselling
An eye for data

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

On-boarding new customers
Contributing ideas and feedback that helps us grow our product
Visiting and demonstrating the platform to prospects
Ongoing account management
