Ticketmaster, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is pleased to announce the integration of the Preoday food, drink and merchandise ecommerce platform with Ticketmaster’s services to clients in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
This exclusive partnership is the first and most significant agreement of its kind, with Ticketmaster leading the way in the market. Under this partnership Ticketmaster will work with Preoday to bring innovative in-venue solutions to clients – the Preoday platform will enable Ticketmaster to offer venues new online tools to manage the experience and enjoyment of fans at live events.
By integrating seamlessly with Ticketmaster’s online platforms, Preoday allows fans to order their food, drink and merchandise online via the Ticketmaster website or app, thereby avoiding lengthy queues at sports, theatre, arts, music venues and other live events.
Ticketmaster’s partnership with Preoday will deliver invaluable customer insights to venues with detailed consumer analytics. From this, venues can target exactly what will provide customers with a better event experience and provide a superior service to fans.
Mark Yovich, President of Ticketmaster, said, “This partnership with Preoday signals a huge milestone in our strategy which is focussed on delivering innovative solutions for our clients, whilst improving the event going experience for fans. We look forward to working with Preoday to pioneer this service across our international markets.”
