Why is Preoday’s online and mobile ordering app a better alternative to Just Eat?

Preoday does not charge commission. This means that restaurants and other businesses can keep their margins strong, rather than losing 12-14% in commission or even 35-40% with delivery providers. Preoday is not a middle-man. We provide businesses with white-label technology that means the platform is clearly branded as yours. All customer interaction is direct with your business and you have full access to the customer data that your mobile and online ordering system gathers.

How will you make sure our customers use the service?

Do you offer loyalty features as well as ordering?

Together with our partners, Preoday’s technology helps you improve customer engagement. Within the Preoday system you can set your own promotions and discounts around products as well as alert customers to the latest offers with push notifications. We also integrate with third party loyalty apps.

What is the difference between the Preoday platform and competitors?

We are a business-to-business company. The platform uses our clients’ brands and we don’t get between them and their customers. We are technology experts and support our clients so they can focus on building their business.

We are not bound to any one market segment. We cater for the whole of the hospitality industry and beyond, and have the experience, insight and proven expertise that businesses in every sector need. Our technology will grow with our clients, however big they get.

Which payment providers do you work with?

We currently partner with Stripe, Paymetsense and Moneris for payments. Through our payment processors, transactions go directly into your account. Preoday does not hold any of your transactions. How much does the Preoday platform cost?

All orders are commission-free when you sign up to any of our packages, we charge a flat monthly fee.

Do you integrate with my till/Epos? What about the other systems I already have?

Our solution can either operate independently or integrate with a range of EPoS, CRM, printing and loyalty systems. Preoday’s platform is flexible, our API is strong, fast and sophisticated and we work with partners to offer a complete mobile and online commerce solution.
