Norwich Theatre Royal is the latest UK theatre to offer digital ordering technology to bar patrons through Preoday.

Summer 2019 saw the Preoday platform play host to audiences at its 45th theatre. The Aotea Centre in Auckland has joined The National Theatre, the Royal Albert Hall and 42 others, in offering customers the opportunity to pre-order refreshments either online and/or via a mobile app.

Birmingham’s Town Hall Symphony Hall (THSH), which has been offering a Preoday-powered digital ordering service to patrons since 2015, is now introducing in-seat at Symphony Hall while refurbishment of the foyer is ongoing.

In 2018 rhubarb was looking to supplement its existing web order system with a mobile app ordering system that would also offer the flexibility to offer any new services it wanted to launch. We've collaborated on a great case study to show their journey and the results the service has had.
